Most students in Barabanki do not have somewhere quiet to work. Prime Library is one room, air conditioned, with a seat and a light and a plug for every person in it, and a silence rule that is actually enforced.
There is no long list here because a study hall does not need one. What it needs is that the fan works, the internet works, and the person next to you is silent.

Both halls are open from 7 am to 9:30 pm. Hours are sometimes extended around examination season.
